Registration forms will be available ONLINE only.

Request for registration form in school premises will not be entertained.

A valid email address and mobile number is mandatory.

Shortlisted student will receive the intimation through mail/whatsapp/call for document verification.

Kindly note: If the particulars furnished in the registration form are found to be false, those registration forms will be summarily rejected.

Documents to be produced at the time of verification (2 copies) :

Birth Certificate of the child

Community Certificate of the child and parent

Aadhaar Card of the child and parents

Income Certificate of parents

Residential Address proof

Transfer Certificate (applicable for UKG only)

It is mandatory to bring the originals and photo copy of the above documents on the day of verification
